These terms apply to everyone who joins the Graftik Affiliate Programme (“the Programme”), run by Graftik (“we”, “us”), operating graftikwear.com. Our full business details are set out in our Terms & Conditions. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to these terms.
1. Joining the Programme
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
1.2 All applications are reviewed manually. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion, without giving a reason.
1.3 You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your details, including your payment email, up to date.
2. How it works
2.1 Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link and QR code in your affiliate account.
2.2 When someone clicks your link, a tracking cookie is stored on their device for 30 days. If they place an order on graftikwear.com within that period, the order is credited to you.
2.3 If a customer has clicked links from more than one affiliate, the order is credited to the affiliate whose link was clicked last.
2.4 Tracking relies on cookies. We are not responsible for orders that are not tracked because a customer has blocked or deleted cookies, used a different device or browser, or not accepted cookies on our site.
3. Commission
3.1 You earn 5% commission on the value of products in each eligible order, after any discounts have been applied. Commission is not paid on shipping costs or taxes.
3.2 We may agree a different commission rate with individual affiliates in writing.
3.3 No commission is paid on orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back or found to be fraudulent. If an order is partly refunded, commission is adjusted accordingly.
3.4 You cannot earn commission on your own purchases or on orders placed by you through your own link.
4. Payment
4.1 Commissions remain pending until the return period set out in our Returns & Refunds policy has ended. After that, they are approved for payment.
4.2 Approved commissions are paid once a month, by bank transfer or PayPal, to the details you provide.
4.3 The minimum payout is £20. If your approved balance is below £20, it rolls over to the following month.
4.4 You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Graftik. You are responsible for any tax, National Insurance or other obligations arising from the commission you receive.
5. How you may promote us
5.1 You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you promote Graftik, in line with the rules of the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA). On social media, this means labelling your posts clearly and upfront, for example with “#ad” or “Ad” at the start of the caption.
5.2 You must not:
- make false, misleading or exaggerated claims about our products, prices or delivery;
- send spam or unsolicited messages containing your link;
- bid on “Graftik”, “Graftik Wear”, “graftikwear” or similar terms in paid search ads, or register domain names or social media accounts that include our brand name;
- present yourself as Graftik or as speaking on our behalf;
- promote us alongside illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit or otherwise offensive content;
- use bots, fake clicks, incentivised clicks or any other method that artificially generates traffic or orders;
- publish discount codes that were not given to you for public use.
5.3 You may use the Graftik name, logo and product images only to promote the Programme and only in a way that does not harm our brand. We may ask you to remove any content at any time, and you agree to do so promptly.
6. Ending the Programme or your participation
6.1 You may leave the Programme at any time by contacting us.
6.2 We may suspend or close your affiliate account at any time. If you leave, or we close your account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we will pay any approved commissions due to you.
6.3 If you breach these terms, we may close your account immediately and withhold any unpaid commissions.
6.4 We may change or end the Programme at any time. We will tell you about significant changes by email. Continuing to promote us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
7. Liability
7.1 We are not liable for any indirect losses, loss of income or loss of opportunity arising from the Programme, including any period when tracking or the website is unavailable.
7.2 Our total liability to you is limited to the commissions owed to you for the previous three months.
7.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
8. Your data
We process your personal information to run the Programme, track referrals and pay commissions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
