Placing an order
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it. This is not yet acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we’ll let you know and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Returns and cancellations

Faulty items and your rights
If an item is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in printing can occur.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

All designs, images, logos and text on this website belong to Graftik and may not be copied or used without our permission.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
