Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is coming soon. If you’re outside the UK and would like to order, get in touch through our contact page and we’ll let you know as soon as we can ship to you.
Delivery cost
UK delivery is £2.99 per order, and free on orders over £50. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
We pack and dispatch orders within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during busy periods or due to courier delays.
Order confirmation and tracking
You’ll receive an email when your order is confirmed and another when it has been dispatched. If your parcel is sent with tracking, the tracking details will be included in your dispatch email.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by you. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we’ll help sort it out. For damaged items, please include a photo of the parcel and the item.
