Our returns promise
We want you to love your Graftik gear. If you change your mind, you can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Changing your mind (14-day cancellation)
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you’d like to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. We may reduce your refund if an item has been worn or handled more than you would need to check it in a shop.
You are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.
Your refund
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof that you’ve sent them back, if that comes first). Refunds go back to your original payment method.
If you return your whole order, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. We don’t refund any extra paid for express delivery.
Exchanges
To swap a size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This is the quickest way to get the right item to you.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will cover the return postage and offer you a full refund or a replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where to send your return
Please don’t send items back without contacting us first. Once we’ve received your return request, we’ll email you the returns address and any instructions you need.
