What information we collect
When you place an order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and details of what you bought.
When you contact us: your name, email address and the content of your message.
When you sign up for our newsletter or ask to be notified when an item is back in stock: your email address.

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled securely by our payment provider.

To process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. We do this because it is necessary to fulfil our contract with you.
To reply to your messages and handle returns or complaints. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in helping our customers.
To send you our newsletter and back-in-stock emails. We only do this if you have agreed, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
To keep records for tax and accounting purposes. We do this because the law requires it.
To keep our website secure and prevent fraud. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in protecting our business and our customers.
Who we share your information with

We keep order records for six years, as required for tax purposes. We keep your email address for marketing until you unsubscribe. Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
